Job overview As a Stream Lead – Aircraft, you will play a pivotal role in the OPS Heartbeat Program—a strategic initiative designed to transform operational excellence over the next three years. This highly collaborative, cross-functional position will lead the end-to-end setup of the digital value stream for aircraft, connecting OPS, Technik, IT, and Eurowings Digital. Your mission: deliver an automated, data-driven line maintenance planning process that sets new standards for efficiency and reliability. Further exploration of innovation and digitalization drivers in this area are envisioned. In this role you will be reporting to the EWD Unit Lead Level–and closely collaborate with the Program Lead OPS Digital Heartbeat. What you will do Shape the future and set the vision for the digital transformation within the aircraft stream. Define respective KPI goals and ambition levels and ensure correspondent solution conception and design. Drive the portfolio and evaluate initiatives and manage ROI assessments for your stream. Lead across boundaries and operate within a virtual, cross-functional stream spanning multiple teams. Establish strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Enable collaboration and proactively manage resources and foster a high-performing team culture. Ensure compliance and align the stream with internal and external frameworks and standards. Job Title Stream Lead – Aircraft (OPS Heartbeat Program) What you will need 3- 5 years’ Project Management experience. Digital mindset and background in disruption and digitalization initiatives. Outstanding communication skills and know how to influence through communication. Skilled at navigating environments and stakeholders neutrally and effectively. Familiarity with agile methodologies and change management practices. Drive for results and strong commitment to achieving targets collaboratively within virtual teams.
