Our activity in Germany :
1. Main activity : Airline Catering
2. Key clients: United Airline, LATAM, Saoudia, Egypte Air…
3. Headcount : 600 people
We are looking to hire a General Workers.
Main responsabilities :
4. Prepare and assemble food and non-food services according to technical sheets and gold standards (portion, weight, presentation).
5. Ensure the sanitary quality of products used and services provided.
6. Label all products and services accordingly.
7. Properly store products and services, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.
8. Respect deadlines related to flight schedules and product traceability.
9. Maintain accurate documentation for product traceability.
10. Assist with continuous process improvement and report all information received from your supervisors.
11. Participate in team activities, helping to replace colleagues when needed.
12. Assist in the training of new temporary or permanent employees.
13. Report any anomalies to your line manager.
14. Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a cohesive team.
Security/Safety/Hygiene
15. Comply with hygiene standards (e.g., no jewelry or makeup).
16. Properly store, cover, and date all food in appropriate containers.
17. Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
18. Record checks in a reliable and valid manner.
19. Follow all safety and security procedures.
20. Optimize working methods for better production management.
21. Comply with company policies and protect company materials and customer products.
Perfil
22. Must be living in Frankfurt or near by
23. Ability to stand for long periods.
24. Ability to work in cold storage rooms for extended periods (below -10°C / 50°F).
25. Basic English knowledge.
26. Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage (training provided).
27. Attendance, punctuality, reliability, and diligence.
28. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
29. Flexibility to work early shifts and weekends as assigned.
