Key Responsibilities:
1. System Development: Become part of the facility team to design and optimize ESMC's semiconductor fab.
2. Tech Leadership: Support construction, architectural design topic activities focusing on office infrastructure.
3. Expertise Management: Manage permits and communication with authorities for construction issues.
4. Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor design progress and identify potential risks based on construction schedules.
5. Project Planning: Plan, allocate, monitor resources, support construction material selection processes.
6. Collaboration & Integration: Interface coordination between different contractors.
7. Documentation Management: Assist in creating, managing, and maintaining project documentation related to BIM processes.
