Senior Marketing Manager Content & Product (m/w/d) At ENERCON, you will be a leading expert in your field: Developing and managing innovative, cross-channel strategies that position our products, solutions, and company as forward-thinking in the market. Your expertise in digital marketing, ability to transfer best practices from various industries, and a thought leadership mindset will significantly advance ENERCON's strategic communication and market positioning. You will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies and content for multiple channels—offline and online—to communicate our messages effectively and consistently, impacting ENERCON’s innovation, visibility, and perception in a competitive, international environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated product and content marketing strategies, including digital marketing, inbound marketing, and process structures. Create high-quality, target-specific content such as landing pages, whitepapers, expert videos, studies, and case studies to showcase our expertise. Manage brand repositioning and participate in website relaunch projects and building user-centric digital experience platforms. Translate complex technical information into clear, targeted messages in collaboration with product management, development, sales, and communication teams. Build thought leadership through publications and developing opinion leader formats on industry topics. Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and tools to enhance content presentation and visibility. Adapt modern digital and marketing trends to the wind energy sector. Optimize performance through reporting, SEO strategies, and data-driven KPI analysis. Develop marketing materials and tools to support sales and generate leads. Identify industry trends and innovative topics for strategic communication. Foster a content and digital go-to-market culture through training and mentoring. Qualifications Extensive experience in B2B content and product marketing, preferably in technology or industrial sectors. Proven success in building thought leadership via content marketing and media relations. Strong knowledge of inbound marketing, SEO, and performance analytics; account-based marketing is a plus. Experience working cross-departmentally on go-to-market strategies. Proficiency with CMS, marketing automation, social media tools, analytics, and localization management. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous. High affinity for technological innovation and understanding of diverse target audiences. Structured, independent work style with creativity and innovation. Excellent communication and consulting skills; team-oriented mindset. Experience working with international, multicultural teams is beneficial.
