Your new job includes
As a member of our family-run company in the IT sector, you will develop SAP Success Factors solutions and manage projects in the Human Resources environment. In particular, you will
* be responsible for the strategic and operational design and further development of the SAP Succes Factors and SAP HCM Payroll solutions used
* provide holistic IT and process consulting for our HR department with regard to the SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Recruiting and Positioning, Embedded Analytics Onboarding, Performance and Goals and Succession Planning
* coordinate payroll activities between Success Factors and HCM
* manage projects - from planning and management through to design and implementation in collaboration with our HR department and external consulting partners
* coordinate external consulting and development partners and manage our application management service provider
Preferred Profile
* A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field of study as well as several years of professional experience in SAP Success Factors and/or HCM
* Practical experience in project management and (agile) project management, ideally in Jira/Confluence, as well as a good understanding of processes in the HR environment
* Basic understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and multi-cloud architectures is desirable, extensive implementation experience in one of the SF modules mentioned is also an advantage
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* With your empathetic, communicative personality and confident demeanor, you promote results-oriented cooperation within the team and with interfaces
* You are used to working with service providers or managing external consultants and are also characterized by a strategic, process-oriented way of working
