<p>For our client, a global technology company in the semiconductor industry, We are looking for an experienced <strong>Global Supply Chain Planning Solution Specialist (f/m/d)</strong> to drive the worldwide adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of the planning platform, <strong>Kinaxis Maestro</strong>.</p><p>In this strategic role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and global IT teams to ensure that planning processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives across regions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Data:</strong></p><p><strong>Start</strong>: ASAP</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Stuttgart Area</p><p><strong>Employment type:</strong> Permanent</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive the global adoption and continuous enhancement of the Maestro planning solution across business teams.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for planning processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain application roadmaps aligned with business strategies and objectives.</li><li>Provide transparency on global Maestro usage, capabilities, and future potential.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of value-adding solutions in collaboration with global IT.</li><li>Ensure a streamlined and efficient Maestro setup by promoting lean structures and standardized processes.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications together with global IT teams, ensuring sustainable and cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Evaluate local initiatives against the global solution design and coordinate regression testing activities.</li><li>Establish and continuously improve the Maestro support model.</li><li>Foster collaboration across geographically distributed teams to avoid duplicate efforts and ensure alignment on initiatives.</li><li>Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across regions, support teams, and user communities.</li><li>Design and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of support teams and end users.</li><li>Support data integration and data quality initiatives to ensure reliable planning outcomes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, particularly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).</li><li>Advanced hands-on expertise with KinaxisMaestro, including:</li></ul><p>Analytics 1 & 2</p><p>Author Level 1 & 2 (Level 3 is an advantage)</p><p>Data Administration</p><p>User Administration</p><p>Solution Design Best Practices</p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives from concept through implementation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and experience working effectively within cross-functional, international teams.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate successfully across different organizational levels, cultures, and time zones.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We look forward to your application!</p><p><br></p><p>📧 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥: keti.ulinici@harveynash.de</p><p>📞 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞: +49 151 55003366</p>
