Our services complement Arendt's legal expertise and regulatory & consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.
The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).
Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:
Assistant Manager - Governance Services
Your role:
* Managing a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation;
* Organizing of board meetings and reviewing of the board packs ensuring accurate advising on important matters prior to the meeting;
* Drafting detailed and technical board meeting minutes of regulated funds and ManCos;
* Ensuring the review of documents provided by the administrator;
* Monitoring of other key corporate events;
* Reviewing legal documentation with critical analysis;
* Monitoring budgets and profitability of own client base;
* Providing timely and quality delivery of services to clients;
* Giving guidance to clients as to good corporate governance proceedings.
Your profile:
* You are graduated in business administration, economics, law or finance;
* You have 6 to 9 years of experience in a governance environment exposed to regulated funds.
* Ideally, you have an experience in a ManCo or in a similar environment, taking mandates;
* You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws and regulations);
* You are fluent in French and English;
* You are diligent and well-organized;
* You have good communication skills, can act proactively and display an excellent critical thinking;
* You are able to find solutions to complex technical issues.
