As Labeling and Artwork Coordinator (m/f/d) you will take on a central role in the area of pharmaceutical labeling and artwork management. You will ensure that all information on pharmaceutical packaging is technically correct, regulatory compliant and implemented on time. Your work contributes directly to patient safety and ensures that technical and usage information can be used reliably.

Your tasks
10. Managing and coordinating all label and artwork processes
11. Navigating new texts and designs through all internal approval steps
12. Obtaining and documenting feedback from all departments involved as part of defined change processes
13. Coordinating the error-free implementation of final technical texts on packaging materials
14. Briefing internal graphic designers on the creation of packaging templates
15. Independent communication with contract manufacturers and license partners in Germany and abroad
16. Careful checking of print files (artwork) on the basis of specified texts, including the use of specialized text comparison programs
17. Planning and controlling packaging materials for production runs and repackaging campaigns, taking regulatory requirements into account
18. Maintaining relevant data to ensure a smooth supply
19. Active participation in the optimization of internal processes as well as maintenance and further development of SOPs
20. Close cooperation in the six-person labeling team with a direct reporting line to Group Management
Your profile
21. Experience in labeling and product marking, e.g. as Label Change Coordinator or Specialist Pharmaceutical Labelling (m/f/d)
22. Pharmaceutical background (e.g. PTA or PKA) or strong affinity for organization and precise text work
23. Confident working in a regulated environment in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
24. Business fluent in written and spoken German and English (C1)
25. Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Microsoft Word
26. Ideally initial experience with SAP or document management systems (DMS) - not a mandatory requirement
27. Willingness to familiarize yourself with specialized tools (e.g. DocuBridge)
