As a (Senior) Manager SAP HR Fullstack Developer (f/m/d), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
The following tasks await you:
1. Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements, including the creation of mockups for existing customers
2. Identification and creation of relevant use cases in close collaboration with stakeholders
3. Preparation and facilitation of workshops with customers and internal teams
4. Making technical decisions regarding the use of platforms and interface technologies
5. Developing business scenarios or solution architectures while working closely with customers
6. Leading smaller teams or projects with responsibility for delivery and coordination
QualificationsQualifications
To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Manager SAP HR Fullstack Developer (f/m/d), you bring the following qualifications:
7. A completed degree or several years of professional experience in SAP HR Fullstack Development, supported by strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, and UI5.
8. Passion and strong stakeholder management skills when working with business and IT counterparts.
9. Expertise in HR processes and interface technologies, with solid knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integrations; experience with PA/OM and ESS/MSS is considered a plus.
10. A working style ischaracterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams.
