Your Responsibilities
* Take ownership of achieving sales targets, reporting directly to the VP Sales & Marketing.
* Lead and develop the Sales DACH team and foster the development of employee potential.
* Manage rolling demand and sales planning.
* Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients, expanding business opportunities.
* Recognize customer needs and monitor the competition, while implementing strategies and actions derived from these insights.
* Process offers and tenders in collaboration with the team.
* Negotiate and conclude contracts with the support of specialized departments for products and services.
* Support marketing activities at trade fairs and industry events alongside the team.
Your Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
* Previous years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of e-mobility.
* Proven success in setting up and managing strategic sales activities and conducting in-depth market analyses.
* Strong market-oriented understanding of hardware and software solutions.
* Comprehensive end-to-end business understanding and a clear focus on optimizing workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
* Fluency in German and English.
