YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In this part time role, you will ensure the efficient and compliant creation and approval of packaging content by implementing standardized, international processes using the digital “Dataroom” tool. This includes supporting global standardization initiatives in the area of design and print data creation while taking local market requirements into account.
2. You will coordinate the onboarding of marketing teams and other relevant functions from Dr. Oetker’s national companies into the design-to-print process. In doing so, you will promote a consistent understanding of workflows and ensure confident use of the “Dataroom” tool.
3. To support this, you will develop training concepts and materials, and work closely with system owners to ensure the tool is functionally supported and continuously improved.
4. You will manage interfaces between departments to foster effective collaboration and identify opportunities to enhance processes and tool usage, always with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance.
5. Finally, you will adapt and further develop workflow processes within the “Dataroom” to meet local needs and support ongoing optimization efforts.
WHAT YOU BRING
6. You have completed a degree in business, economics, or a comparable field.
7. Your professional background includes several years of experience in operational marketing, ideally with a focus on packaging design and print data using the “Dataroom” tool.
8. Thanks to your international mindset, you feel comfortable working across borders and cultures.
9. You communicate clearly, assert your ideas when needed, and collaborate effectively with different teams.
10. Flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills help you stay focused in dynamic environments.
11. You are open to international travel and communicate fluently in both English and German.
