Senior PMO / Program Management Consultant Frankfurt & Remote (Germany) Start: ASAP | Duration: until 30/06/2026 Hybrid - 2days per week onsite German language required Hiring/ payroll contract Mission Context For a large-scale programme in a SAP environment, we are looking for an experienced Senior PMO / Program Management Consultant to support programme management strategy across processes, organisation, and project management tools. Responsibilities Consulting on programme management strategy within a complex SAP landscape Designing and improving project management standards & specifications (templates, deliverables, tools) Supporting change, risk, and dependency management Active contribution to programme controlling (incl. reporting & KPIs) Quality assurance of key project deliverables (project charter, plans, change requests, closures, stakeholder communications) Preparation and follow-up of steering committees and executive-level governance meetings Must-Have Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in an (IT) consulting firm 5+ years experience in PMO roles within large corporate programmes Strong knowledge of programme & project management methodologies (GPM/IPMA, PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe) Experience as Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager Solid background in project controlling (e.g. Earned Value Analysis) Proven experience in dependency and rollout management Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Highly customer-oriented, proactive, and self-driven Structured, precise, and efficient working style Fluent German (mandatory) Certifications (Required) GPM/IPMA, PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent Interested or know someone suitable?
