For an international HR transformation project, we are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant (m/f/d) on a freelance basis at short notice. The project focuses on HR system implementations and digital transformation. Location: predominantly remote (approx. 80-90%), occasional on-site presence in Germany Contract: 28-32 hours per week (approx. 4 days/week) | 6 months Start: short notice / ASAP Project Environment You will be part of an experienced Change Management and implementation setup within HR transformation programs. The focus is on successfully enabling the adoption of modern HR systems and embedding new ways of working across end users in a sustainable way. Your Responsibilities: Support or lead Change Management activities within an HR transformation initiative. Conduct stakeholder analysis and Change-Impact-Analyses. Develop and execute communication and training concepts. Drive user adoption and ensure successful system implementation. Support HR system deployment activities and organizational change efforts. Work closely with project management, business functions, and stakeholders. Your Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management or transformation projects. Experience with large HR IT systems such as: SAP (e.g. SuccessFactors) Oracle (e.g. HCM / Fusion) Workday or similar HR systems Experience in HCM or HR system implementations in enterprise environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in client-facing environments. Very good German skills (mandatory) and good English skills.
