In your new position, you design, implement, and continuously develop global compensation and benefits programs, including grading, performance management, and executive and board-level remuneration. You conduct global benchmarking and market analyses to ensure competitive, market-aligned, and compliant compensation structures. Together with your colleagues, you act as the subject-matter expert for the global compensation and benefits portfolio and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams as well as external partners. WHAT YOU OFFER completed university degree, ideally in business administration, economics, human resources, or a comparable field at least five years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global and complex organizational environment with exposure to executive remuneration strong expertise in compensation frameworks, grading, regulatory requirements, market benchmarking, and translating data into actionable recommendation proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and quality very good German and English skills as well as confident use of SAP, standard MS Office applications, and modern digital tools including AI-supported solutions strong communication and collaboration skills, a high sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional and dynamic environments WHAT WE OFFER A dynamic work environment that empowers you to contribute your ideas, take ownership, and assume responsibility.
