IT Service Manager Opportunity
Your responsibilities:
* Process and implement customer requirements efficiently
* Manage and monitor major incidents, incidents, and requests effectively
* Coordinate maintenance and fault clearance measures to ensure seamless operations
* Develop documentation, concepts, and guidelines to support business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, supplemented by several years of relevant professional experience
* Alternatively, IT vocational training with extensive further education in two other IT specialist areas, combined with several years of relevant professional experience
* Strong knowledge and experience in current IT technologies, including an understanding of technical contexts and system architectures
* Experience in interacting with customers through consulting, support, or project activities
* Familiarity with ticket systems
* Ability to work on call as required
* Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
