We develop software solutions for financial advisors across Germany and are looking for support in our customer service team. Career changers with industry knowledge are explicitly welcome. You will be the point of contact for our B2B clients regarding our software solutions, supporting them with both functional and technical questions. In this role, you will also contribute to the further development of support processes and internal workflows. Your role and responsibility In this position, you will be responsible for: Acting as the main point of contact for our B2B clients Supporting customers with both functional and technical inquiries Handling tickets, emails, and phone requests Analyzing issues and identifying appropriate solutions Collaborating with product and development teams Contributing to the ongoing improvement of processes and structures Your experience and profile We are looking for: Professional expertise: Knowledge of financial and insurance topics (DIN 77230 / retirement planning) is an advantage Experience in banking, insurance, or consulting is helpful Technical interest: Interest in software and digital processes Understanding of how applications and systems work Way of working: Structured and independent working style Solution-oriented mindset High level of reliability and attention to detail Clear and friendly communication Language & tools: Very good German skills, both written and spoken English skills are a plus User experience with Jira or Loom is an advantage Why us?
