Responsible for advising and supporting managers and employees on all operational HR matters, in particular recruitment as well as contract and compensation structuring
Participation in the optimization of existing projects and the implementation of new HR-related processes
Management of sub-projects, e.g., Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, or Economics is required
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner is essential
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources required
Proven experience in recruiting is a must
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including advanced functions, is required
Initial application knowledge of SAP is expected
Very good German language skills (business fluent) are essential
Confident English language skills are required
