Your Responsibilities | Payroll – Finance – Fiduciary – HR – Human Resources – Social

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio composed of both financial and commercial clients.
You will calculate salaries and prepare approximately 400 payslips per month.
You will handle social matters such as holidays, employee onboarding and offboarding, contract drafting , and related administrative tasks.
You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and social security regulations.
You will act as a point of contact for clients, providing advice on payroll and HR-related matters.

You have at least 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer in Luxembourg, handling a similar portfolio.
Ideally, you have experience working with international clients , which will help you feel more comfortable in the role.
You are fluent in both English and French , enabling you to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients.
You demonstrate stability in your career path and are looking to join a company for the long term.
