Tasks
You’ll be the versatile generalist we need. Drive cross-functional value creation in people, venture/business development, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, ops, fundraising + M&A. This position requires a fast learner who is smart, hungry, and humble. Are you in?
No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll recruit and onboard a new ops team at a rollout site, the next you’ll build a automation deployed accross all locations.

Experienced in fast‑paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.
Currently completing a bachelor's (4th semester and above) or master’s programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university.
Fully fluent in German is a must (C2).
