Aufgaben
* Execution and coordination of Service Transition within the framework of comprehensive and complex R&S systems and projects in an international environment
* Point of contact for service and support issues during the project phase
* Ensuring the implementation of necessary service structures and capabilities within internal departments, external service providers/partners, and subsidiaries (L1, L2, L3, Field Service, etc.) for the supported systems and projects
* Establishing coordinated communication and logistics concepts for each system/project
* Ensuring the introduction of services for systems/projects, setting up service structures in ERP and other systems
* Close cooperation with the project team, department, and all internal service centers
* Creating quantity frameworks/cost calculations for Service Transition in consultation with all relevant stakeholders
* Supporting Sales and Product Management in establishing new service elements and contributing to the sales phase
* Responsible for the handover to the Service Delivery Organization
* Developing and implementing optimization and cost-saving potentials
* Providing advisory support in the field of Service Transition
Qualifikationen
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification level
* Relevant professional experience in project management
* Strong coordination and moderation skills, as well as problem-solving competence
* High level of teamwork skills with corresponding independent, goal-oriented, and communicative work style
* Strong customer and service orientation
* Practical flexibility with willingness to undertake occasional business trips
* Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
