Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Systems Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing and managing the daily activities of our HR information systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR, and supporting HR units in digitalizing their processes.
You will also be required to supervise and maintain user permissions in HRIS systems, perform system upgrades, and provide technical support.
In addition, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and operate HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
* Support HR units in digitalizing their processes.
* Maintain user permissions in HRIS systems.
* Perform system upgrades and provide technical support.
* Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Proficient with IT tools and systems.
* Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
