The Opportunity : Your Role & Impact As the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers you will be the friendly and professional voice of our brand. You will provide world-class support across all travel-related inquiries ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries in German via phone email and chat. Focus on bookings modifications cancellations and general product / service information. Efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue escalation. Consistently strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service quality targets. What We Are Looking For Must-Have Requirements Language Proficiency : Fluent German (C1 / C2) is mandatory (written and verbal). Internal Communication : Minimum B2 level of English for training and internal communication. Work Eligibility : Must possess EU Citizenship OR a Residence Card with Full Market Access to legally work in Greece. Commitment to Relocation & On-site Start : Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days prior to the start date. Relocated employees are required to work on-site at our Athens office for a minimum of 3 months for a successful onboarding and team integration. Exception : Employees who already own a confirmed house / apartment in Greece with reliable internet may be eligible to start fully remote immediately. Nice to Have Previous experience in customer support a call center or the travel / hospitality industry is a plus but not essential. Full training is provided! Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help people. Monday - Friday : 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM Saturday - Sunday : 11 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM Special Relocation Package (For Candidates Moving from Abroad) We make moving to Athens simple so you can focus on your new role : Accommodation : 3 weeks of accommodation provided in a hotel close to the office upon arrival. Financial Support : Up to 300 moving support (provided in the first payment). Legal Assistance : Dedicated legal support for processing your hiring and necessary administrative documents in Greece.
