Position Title: Head of Sales (m/f/d)

Role Overview:
The Head of Sales will lead, inspire, and develop the sales team while setting and executing a strategic vision to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Reporting directly to the leadership team, this role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performance sales team (currently 11 members)
* Plan and manage all sales activities to achieve KPIs and targets
* Define strategic sales goals and translate them into actionable plans
* Oversee budgeting and forecasting in partnership with finance
* Build strong relationships with pharmacy customers and manage key accounts
* Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs
* Support new product launches and develop go-to-market strategies
* Identify new sales channels and market opportunities
* Collaborate closely with marketing on value proposition and presentations
Qualifications:
* 5+ years’ sales leadership experience with a proven track record in B2B
* Strategic sales planning and go-to-market expertise
* Strong analytical and commercial skills (KPI & P&L understanding)
* Experience with physical products in healthcare/pharma preferred
* Hands-on, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
* Fluent German (native) and strong English (B2/C1)
