We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our security efforts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
This critical role involves assessing customer feedback and enhancing procedures to guarantee outstanding customer service at all times.
The successful candidate will be integrated into our Managed Security Services team, where they will create, define, support, and develop security activities and processes for our customers.
Responsibilities include acting as the security interface between customers and our organization, working closely with the SOC Manager and Project Managers, reviewing and improving key performance indicators, and providing periodic reports to customers.
Your Profile:
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in IT security or related fields is required; a master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT security, knowledge of hardware/software systems, security infrastructure, and security governance activities. Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27005 Risk Manager, and ITILv3 are highly valued.
Competencies: The successful candidate must be a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work autonomously and demonstrate Service Delivery managerial skills. They should possess a customer-centric mindset and be solution-minded, with excellent communication skills.
