The position can be filled in full or part time.

Summary

We are looking for an "International Sales Manager Airborne Solutions (f/m/d)" for the "Airborne Solutions" division at the Immenstaad or Ulm location as soon as possible.

The Airborne Solutions division is responsible for the sales of integrated solutions, components, products and subsystems for unmanned and manned fixed and rotary wing aircraft, as well as the integration of these capabilities into ground-based applications.

Your Tasks

1. Identifying potential new customers and maintaining existing customers in the assigned region worldwide

2. Expanding the sales network by identifying new business partners

3. Management and implementation of sales campaigns in the "Airborne Solutions" business unit, from lead generation to successful contract conclusion

4. Working closely with International Business Development, Product Program Management & Finance to implement a successful campaign strategy

5. Planning and responsibility for incoming orders in the assigned regions worldwide, including regular reporting on activities and results

6. Carrying out market / competition analyses and tracking trends as input for product management for targeted product development

7. Support in the development of product and marketing concepts

Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Your Profile

8. Completed technical and / or business studies or comparable training

9. Several years of experience in complex export sales campaigns, international business practices and business-to-business activities

10. Several years of experience in international sales of complex systems, avionics products and knowledge of military / civil helicopters, mission aircraft and unmanned aerial systems

11. Experience as a tactical operator for mission systems advantageous

12. Strong communication and teamwork skills, persuasive and conflict resolution skills

13. Business fluent in German and English as well as other languages advantageous
