At Foyer Global Health, we are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support our clients with all contract-related matters throughout the full lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate administration of contracts, maintaining high-quality customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contracts from issuance to termination, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks and gather necessary information for risk evaluation.
* Escalate any complaints or issues promptly, verifying information accuracy and completeness.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Must be customer-focused, motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
* Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to an international environment.
* Comfortable using IT systems and standard MS Office tools, with prior experience in insurance, healthcare, or customer service being an asset.
* Fluent in English, with German language skills highly valued (French or other languages are also advantageous).
