Job Purpose / Role
As a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) – Allianz Group you are part of a diverse service management team that aims to provide the best services for our client Group Accounting. You play a key role in the client relationship management, mainly the analysis of financial data requests including management of service deliveries, service improvements and service performance. Apart from that you will be involved in various projects as face to the customer.
