Our client, a global leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep knowledge in Employee Central to lead high-impact projects for clients across Germany and beyond. With a flat, dynamic culture and over 1,000 SAP experts globally, you'll join a team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and meaningful work.


🧩 What You’ll Do

* Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Translate client business needs into scalable, efficient solutions
* Conduct workshops, training, and solution design sessions
* Act as a trusted advisor on best practices and solution architecture
* Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales efforts
* Stay ahead with industry trends and product updates


🎓 What You Bring

* 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with a strong focus on Employee Central
* SAP SF EC Associate Certification (Professional Certification is a plus)
* Strong analytical mindset and HR process knowledge
* Excellent client-facing communication skills (in both German and English)
* Passion for solving problems and building smart digital HR solutions
