Join our dynamic Operations Analytics Team! As a cornerstone of our organization, this team serves as a one-stop shop for all data analytics needs related to operations and venues. We pride ourselves on our ability to analyze, automate, and guide other teams, functioning as a consultancy/support mechanism. Our work involves close interactions with upper management, contributing significantly to critical strategic discussions. To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of analytical prowess and exceptional communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting in-depth analyses using Looker and Excel to support various operational and venue-related teams.
* Automating processes to enhance efficiency across departments.
* Providing consultancy and support to operational and venue teams to steer their activities based on data-driven insights.
* Engaging in regular exchanges with your manager and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
* Preparing reports, occasionally presenting findings through PowerPoint presentations.

Must-Haves:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Fluent English skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical skills coupled with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Nice-to-Have:
* Proficiency in SQL and Python
