As a senior marketing director, you will lead the development and execution of a brand's strategic vision across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for positioning your company as a leader in its category, driving awareness and relevance among both consumer and business audiences, and building scalable brand systems that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a global brand strategy that ensures consistency across all markets and audiences.
* Lead high-performing teams across advertising and media, content marketing and insights, public relations, social media, design, and brand evangelism.
* Design and implement integrated omnichannel brand campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and preference.
* Build data-driven brand measurement frameworks to track key performance indicators.
* Integrate artificial intelligence solutions into brand workflows, from campaign development to content creation and performance tracking.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and serve as a key thought leader within the organization.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a mix of B2C and B2B and proven leadership in high-growth digital environments.
* Experience transforming brands in complex environments, such as platform or SaaS companies transitioning to new markets.
* Strong knowledge of brand strategy, campaign development, channel orchestration, and brand governance.
* Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration, innovation, and measurable results.
* Track record of introducing and scaling AI-powered tools and processes in brand marketing.
* Fluent in data and key performance indicators, including market mix modeling and brand tracking.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable at a C-level and with cross-functional teams.
