KG Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day We are implementing SAP S/4HANA across our global operations and are seeking a PMO/OCM Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects within the “Transformation of Industry – Steam turbines and Generators” (TI STG) business area. This role involves developing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with strategic objectives, while maintaining project governance and financial controls.How You’ll Make an Impact
10. Project Management Office (PMO) und Change Management Support (OCM) for our SAP S/4HANA implementation program
11. Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
12. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives
13. Prepare comprehensive status reports and presentations for executive leadership
14. Development and management of a change agent network within TI STG
15. Conduct stakeholder analysis and create targeted communication plans
What You Bring
16. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP certification preferred
17. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)
18. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
19. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
20. Experience with project management tools
21. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
