Inventory Management: Monitoring and optimizing stock levels of raw materials, purchased parts, finished products, and supplies. Operational Purchasing: Creating and submitting purchase orders and delivery schedule requests, checking order confirmations, and monitoring deadlines. Customer Order Processing: Ensuring on-time delivery to customers. Resource Planning: Creating, managing, and reviewing weekly and daily work schedules (shift plans). Analysis & KPIs: Monitoring relevant KPIs, analyzing bottlenecks, and deriving appropriate measures. Qualifications: Education: Completed commercial apprenticeship or business administration degree, ideally with a focus on supply chain management. SAP skills: Solid SAP experience in production, scheduling, warehousing, and handling units. Technical understanding: Basic technical understanding is advantageous. Professional experience: Experience in planning, procurement, production, scheduling, and inventory management. IT skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and scenario preparation. Soft skills: Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, a structured work approach, and good English skills for international collaboration.
