Your profile
* You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or aerospace engineering
* Alternatively, you have vocational training in a commercial or technical profession with further training in project management
* Ideally, you have knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance, but this is not a must
* You have already gained several years of experience in project planning and personnel management
* Budgeting, cost control and optimisation of maintenance expenses are no challenge for you
* Strong analytical skills to minimise downtimes and improve turnaround times
* You already have experience in dealing with international customers
* Knowledge of MRO software (AMOS, TRAX) is a plus, but not a must
* You are familiar with data analysis and continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma)
* Very good written and spoken German and good English skills as well as MS-Office
Your mission
* You plan and monitor maintenance projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and regulatory compliance
* You are responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams
* You manage costs and financial reports, optimise resources and negotiate contracts with stakeholders
* You identify and mitigate risks for delays, technical issues and supply chain challenges
* You are responsible for driving process improvements by analysing performance data and implementing best practices to increase efficiency
