International SAP Transformation Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an International SAP Transformation Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the preparation and implementation of complex SAP transformations.
Your role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for providing end-to-end support to our clients, from the initial analysis phase to the final implementation phase.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Conception: Develop custom-made solutions for our clients around current challenges in SAP S/4HANA, IT architecture, SAP (re-)insurance, and SAP reporting.
* End-to-End-Support: Support our clients from requirements analysis through conception and implementation to roll out branch-specific applications.
* Responsibility: Assist in preparing and conducting customer workshops, creating decision-making documents, and presenting findings.
* Continued Development: Continuously expand your expertise in the SAP ecosystem and support in preparing technical proposals.
* Teamwork: Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary departments on a professional level and contribute to theme development with international teams.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable field.
* Experience (1-2 years) in SAP consulting or in a related function, preferably with knowledge of SAP solutions in the insurance industry.
* Strong understanding of the value chain and economic connections between insurance, reinsurance, or InsurTechs.
* Enjoyment of complex tasks, strong teamwork skills, and high communication and presentation skills.
* Travel readiness and excellent German and English language skills.
