To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Junior Service Desk agent (M/W/X) speaking French, English, German and Luxembourgish.
Your main responsibilities:
* Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
* Involvement in customer projects will also be expected
* More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:
* Support on network infrastructure,
* Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
* Monitoring critical systems,
* Participation to infrastructure improvement projects
Your profile:
* Either recently graduated in computer science or already experienced in a similar position
* Ideally with an initial exposure to this type of product : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
* Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English and German
* Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment
* Strong team spirit and customer orientation
* Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is mandatory
* ITIL certification would be a valuable asset - Don’t worry if you’re not certified: we’ll take care of that !
