Your tasks:
• Administrative support of the specialist department (preparation and documentation of meetings, hour evaluations, capacity planning, business trips, construction work lists, etc.)
• Communication with customers, authorities, subcontractors and the company's own trades
• Document management (distribution / archiving of documents) of suppliers, authorities and customer correspondence
• Support in the creation and maintenance of design documents (specifications, spare parts lists, equipment lists, sign lists, parts lists, etc.)
• Support for BOM creation in an ERP system
• Entry of technical documents into the document management system as well as data maintenance (weight and center of gravity management, etc.)
• Supporting work, e.g. creating presentations
Your profile:
• Completed commercial or technical training, with several years of professional experience in the field desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office applications and open-mindedness to familiarize yourself with other software programs, e.g. document management, archiving software, merchandise management
software, weight and center of gravity management
• Good technical English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment, flexibility and resilience
