Responsibilities Lead digital‑first media strategies for the DACH region with a strong focus on social and paid media. Translate global frameworks into actionable activation plans that help markets grow. Manage campaigns end‑to‑end—from briefing and set‑up to optimisation and reporting—with a data‑driven mindset. Support regional hubs and subsidiaries through knowledge transfer, sparring, best practices and collaborative media pilots. Champion test‑&‑learn leadership by identifying new platforms, formats and tools and by rolling them out internationally. Collaborate closely with Social, Influencer, PR, Brand and e‑Commerce teams to ensure consistent global campaigns. Guide partners—platforms, agencies and retail media partners—with a focus on quality, innovation and efficiency. Connect media KPIs with real business results through data‑based performance optimisation. Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in digital or paid media, preferably with a strong social‑media focus and deep platform knowledge. Passion for digital channels and an understanding of how content, community and media work together. Strong grasp of customer journeys and cross‑channel mechanics. Experience working with agencies and in international, cross‑functional teams. High data literacy—comfortable interpreting insights and making data‑informed decisions. Interest or experience with AI tools for strategy, targeting, creative, optimisation or measurement. A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a desire to drive global impact.
