Your mission
You will manage and develop a portfolio of industrial customers, providing commercial and technical support to grow sales, improve margins and strengthen long-term relationships in the German market.
What you’ll do
* Manage a portfolio of industrial customers, ensuring high-quality commercial service.
* Prepare quotations, define prices and calculate margins, following up on offers and orders.
* Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, purchasing and quality to ensure reliable supply and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor sales performance and budget deviations for your assigned accounts and propose corrective actions.
* Identify new sales opportunities and support the development of the German market.
* Keep customer data, commercial actions and opportunities updated in the CRM and internal systems.
* Work with fluctuating metal prices and cost structures in a dynamic commodity environment.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in B2B sales, inside sales or commercial support in an industrial or technical environment.
* Background in industrial distribution, metals, electrical industry or manufacturing is a strong plus.
* Strong commercial and numerical skills, with a structured and analytical mindset.
* Good command of Excel and Office tools and willingness to learn and work with CRM and internal systems.
* Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
* Languages: German (fluent or native), English (working level). Spanish is a plus.
