Job Profile:
The Role of a Sales Administrator
* To establish effective communication channels with customers through email, phone, or occasional on-site visits.
* To monitor customer development in terms of turnover, pricing, consumption, and contract fulfillment, and take necessary actions accordingly.
* Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing updated sales forecasts and inputs, and communicate customer-initiated priorities.
* Ensure seamless quote-to-cash processes.
* Coordinate the creation of customer and material master data in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, aligned with company standards.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field.
* Proficiency in English and at least one additional language: German, Italian, Spanish, or French.
* First-hand experience in customer service in a similar role, preferably in a multinational industrial environment.
* Strong proactive, self-motivated, communicative, and customer-centric skills.
* Analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making capabilities.
