* Taking responsibility for delivering all downstream work packages and troubleshooting activities within process transfer and life cycle projects
* Preparing the necessary documentation for regulatory filings and reporting to stakeholders (project teams, line management, or clients)
* Developing and implementing concepts within Manufacturing Science Drug Substance and ensuring alignment across related disciplines and internalnetwork sites.
* Supporting and representing relevant scientific areas as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving decisions, and fostering collaboration with international internal and external partners
* Actively contributing to the development of laboratory team capabilities and promoting a collaborative and innovative team spirit
* PhD with initial relevant work experience or a Master's degree with several years of relevant industrial experience, ideally in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, or Chemistry
* Strong technical and scientific expertise in downstream processing, particularly with mammalian cell processes, including scale-up/scale-down methodologies
* Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DoE) and statistical approaches is essential
* Previous experience in process transfer or commercial manufacturing is advantageous
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority in multi-disciplinary teams
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
* Excellent oral communication skills in an international environment, coupled with strong technical writing and documentation competencies in English
