Strategic Project Lead (m / f / d) to the Chief People and Culture Officer at Allianz SE

As a Strategic Project Lead to the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) you get a broad overview of the Group People and Culture function and Allianz Group as a whole, while developing in a demanding environment and building a network with colleagues from all over the world.
Responsibilities
* Work independently on a variety of strategic People and Culture topics
* Prepare decision materials and presentations for the Board of Management and Top Management Level
* Support Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) in operative day-to-day business
* Act as an interface between Board Offices, GPC departments and Operating Entities
* Coordinate cross-functional tasks / proactively track their status and manage sensitive communications
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in People and Culture / HR or corporate strategy functions
* Exposure to board-level communications and complex stakeholder environments
* Resilience and strong analytical / problem-solving skills
* Pro-active and independent working style
Preferred Qualifications
* University degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years professional work experience in executive support or project coordination roles, preferably in a multinational environment
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Strong organizational skills, discretion, proactive mindset, and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
* Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
* Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
