Then join us and help us strengthen our Marketing Team as a Growth Marketing Manager.ResponsibilitiesAs a Growth Marketing Manager at cleversoft, you will play a key role in driving measurable revenue impact and strengthening our market presence. Your mission is to generate high-quality leads, SQLs, and pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies and hands‑on execution.Plan, execute, and optimize email and nurture campaigns using marketing automation tools;Apply AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, personalization, and performance analysis;Maintain and optimize our WordPress website for user experience, conversion, SEO, and localization performance;Create compelling sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies);Design visuals for social media, website, newsletters, and merchandise;Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels; experiment with messaging, content, and CTAs to improve conversion rates;Collaborate with Sales to plan and execute ABM campaigns, including custom landing pages and follow‑up cadences;Introduce new marketing ideas, tools, and approaches (AI, automation, attribution);Manage freelancers or agencies to maximize impact;Support planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and customer events;Work closely with Sales, Product, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with growth targets;Track and report on key growth KPIs, including lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken);3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or FinTech, with a focus on growth, demand generation, or performance marketing;Strong growth mindset with a focus on pipeline, conversion, and ARR impact;Hands‑on experience with paid search (Google Ads) and LinkedIn Ads in B2B contexts;Solid understanding of the full funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity);Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems;Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign creation, optimization, or performance analysis;Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics and performance dashboards;Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and basic image editing tools is an advantage.DetailsFull integration into a fast growing, globally spread team;Project work providing cross‑field experience with expertly trained professionals;Opportunity to work in a digital cloud‑based environment, collaborating with your colleagues anytime and from anywhere;Flexible work schedule with home office policy allowing up to 50% work from home;up to 30 paid vacation days annually;Interview process with your future teammates;Possibility for high impact and fast personal growth.cleversoft is an equal opportunity employer.
