Despite having grown to over 1,600 employees worldwide, new colleagues feel like part of our dynamic team from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and support the design of future global HR architecture.Translate HR process requirements into smart, scalable system solutions in alignment with business objectives.Capture and assess new HR demands from stakeholders, evaluating their business value and feasibility.Act as a trusted partner for HR teams, managers, and users—facilitating dialogue, managing expectations, and clarifying system-related queries.Deliver attractive, cost-efficient HR solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support the company's people strategy.Provide regular communication and feedback to business stakeholders on the status and progress of ongoing initiatives.Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions.Manage the HR project and operational budget, including planning, monitoring, and adherence to financial targets.Oversee quality assurance and release testing for new system functionalities, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.Lead communication and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and engagement across global stakeholder groups.Our ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, as well as deep understanding of HR processes and their requirements. They should also have good technical understanding, especially regarding interface management and IT system integration. Experience working closely with IT teams and external service providers is essential.
