Customer Service Representative (m/w/d)
As a member of the International Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for pro-cessing orders from our global business partners. Your role will also involve enhancing cus-tomer satisfaction through exceptional service, which will contribute to our growth and suc-cess in the international market.
Packaging and shipping license dongles
Maintaining and managing customer and product data in our customer portal
Providing written and telephone support to customers regarding orders, licenses, etc.
Managing inventory (copy protection dongles, packaging materials, etc.)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
~ Good German language skills in both written and spoken (B2 or better)
~ Good English language skills in both written and spoken (B2 or better - used daily).
