Key Responsibilities Convert large volumes of inbound landowner leads into signed land agreements. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with landowners. Represent the company in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner. Balance sales acumen, stakeholder management, and project understanding to close deals. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Candidate Profile Proven experience in land acquisition for renewable energy projects. Confident communicator, able to represent the company and drive negotiations to contract signature. 2-3 years in field sales. Fluent German required.
