TASKS
Join our customer experience team and manage the entire order process from inquiry to delivery:
1. You process inquiries and orders, check orders and framework agreements, and ensure their correct implementation.
2. You will create quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and credit notes with a high degree of accuracy.
3. You coordinate delivery dates with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics and monitor compliance with delivery commitments.
4. You will also carefully maintain customer data in the ERP system and ensure that the database is always up to date.
5. Finally, you will proactively and flexibly support internal and external customers in line with your qualifications.
PROFILE
6. You have completed commercial vocational training and have relevant experience.
7. In addition, you have a very good command of German and English and can communicate confidently in both languages.
8. Working routinely with Office applications and ERP systems is part of your everyday life; you are able to use them efficiently.
9. You also impress with your strong customer focus and engaging manner.
10. Your profile is rounded off by strong social skills and clear verbal and written communication skills.
