Your tasks
7. Ensuring the availability of materials, taking into account economic efficiency and security of supply.
8. Independent scheduling and timely opening and monitoring of production and procurement orders.
9. Active quantity and deadline control in close coordination with Purchasing and other production areas.
10. Monitoring stock receipts and carrying out stock corrections in the event of missing parts or excess stock.
11. Determining and managing requirements for special parts, changes and specific customer requests.
12. Proactive management of supply bottlenecks, including initiating measures to safeguard production and rescheduling.
13. Analysis of inventories and development of proposals for the recycling or scrapping of surplus material.
Your profile
14. A degree (e.g. industry, logistics, business administration) or commercial training with proven many years of professional experience in scheduling or materials management.
15. Good user knowledge of SAP (ideally MM or PP modules) is desirable.
16. Strong stress tolerance and the ability to maintain an overview even in turbulent phases.
17. Quick comprehension and strong analytical thinking skills.
18. Strong communication skills, a pronounced team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working.
