For a renowned clinic in the Magdeburg area, we are seeking to hire a Specialist Doctor (m/w/d) in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery immediately. This permanent position will establish a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung will facilitate the connection with the companies and support you through all processes up to the signing of the contract. Our consulting services are always free of charge for you.

Your Responsibilities:
* Providing expert and competent care for patients.
* Conducting necessary diagnostics and surgical procedures.
* Training and mentoring junior doctors (m/w/d).
* Proactively and independently organizing daily workflows.
* Collaborating professionally and openly with other departments within the clinic.
Your Profile:
* German recognition as a Specialist Doctor (m/w/d) in Surgery, Orthopedics, and Trauma Surgery.
* Desired subspecialization in trauma surgery and/or orthopedic surgery.
* Additional training in specialized trauma surgery is required.
* High level of professional qualification and experience.
* Friendly and open demeanor with patients, relatives (m/w/d), and colleagues, along with strong social competence.
* Passion for developing your own area of responsibility.
* Commitment and initiative in organizing daily operations.
