We're looking for a Store Manager to take the lead at our brand-new Columbia store in McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ochtrup, Germany — creating an inspiring, high-energy retail experience for customers and team members alike.
At Columbia, Store Managers don't sit behind a desk. They lead from the front — coaching their team by example, cultivating a high-performance culture, and using their business acumen to drive commercial success. You'll be a key player in our European Retail Team, working with peers across nine countries in a brand that champions innovation, customer connection, and a passion for the outdoors.

Before taking the helm at our Ochtrup store, you'll benefit from a structured onboarding of 3 to 4 weeks in one of our existing Columbia stores in Europe. This is your opportunity to immerse yourself in our culture, standards, and ways of working — so you're set up for success from day one.
