Your mission

As Director Demand Generation, you'll be the engine behind FactFinder's commercial growth—owning, building, and optimizing our entire demand generation system across outbound, webinars, events, partnerships, and inbound. This is a pivotal, highly visible leadership role powering pipeline velocity for our SMB, mid-market, and enterprise SaaS sales.
You'll lead, mentor, and grow a high-caliber marketing team, collaborating directly with the CMO on strategy while driving operational excellence. You'll design and execute multi-channel campaigns that reliably generate qualified leads and opportunities, working closely with our BDR and sales teams to ensure tight alignment from MQL to closed-won.

What you'll do:

* Build and own FactFinder's demand generation engine across all channels (outbound, webinars, inbound, partnerships, events)
* Design and execute multi-channel campaigns focused on new business pipeline, MQL/SQL generation, and brand elevation
* Own the quarterly demand generation forecast, ensuring clear alignment with BDR and sales objectives and revenue targets
* Optimize the entire funnel—from cold list acquisition and outbound cadences, to event and partner co-marketing, to inbound nurture streams
* Lead, mentor, and hire team members; set targets, manage budgets, and report results with full autonomy
* Work closely with Business Development to craft lists, outbound sequences, and content that cut through the noise
* Track all performance metrics rigorously (MQL to Opportunity to Closed-Won) and leverage data to continuously optimize campaign performance
* Collaborate across CMO, Sales, Partnerships, and Business Development to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution
* Innovate with ABM, marketing automation, new tools, analytics, and cutting-edge SaaS marketing best practices




Your profile

* 5+ years leading demand generation in B2B SaaS (SMB/mid-market focus) with a proven track record of pipeline growth in scaleup environments (50–1,000 employees)
* Operational leader and hands-on builder – you design campaigns, optimize funnels, and architect the entire buyer journey
* Multi-channel expertise – proven success with outbound, events/webinars, ABM, partner co-marketing, paid media, and inbound nurture
* MarTech fluency – deep comfort with CRM (Salesforce or similar), marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, intent data, analytics, and reporting
* Data-driven decision maker – strong analytical skills with a track record of measuring, optimizing, and scaling performance
* Inspiring team leader – mentors, coaches, and drives change with interpersonal influence and a collaborative approach
* Builder mindset – comfortable in ambiguity, solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, and ready to thrive in a multi-cultural, cross-functional environment
